The University of Illinois and Illinois Wheelchair Athletics is proud to be the host for the 47th Annual National Intercollegiate Wheelchair Basketball Tournament (NIWBT) from March 25-29, 2025, at State Farm Center. As the flagship program within wheelchair athletics, Illinois brings a long history of excellence at the Intercollegiate Wheelchair Basketball level. This season’s College Wheelchair Basketball National Championships will feature 11 Men’s teams and 6 Women’s teams competing in 21 total games across four days.

Will there be a livestream for all of the games?
Yes, all games will be livestreamed on the NWBA page – NWBA YouTube page.
What is the bracket and game schedule for the 47th NIWBT?
The bracket and all game times can be found here. Seedings will be finalized after the last tournament of the regular season.
Do I need to purchase tickets for the event? Will there be a cost?
There will not be tickets and entry is free for all people.
Where can I park? Do I need to pay?
Parking is free at State Farm Center.
What entrance do we enter into State Farm?
All spectators will use the West Entrance of State Farm Center (off of First St.). This Parking Map shows were to park and the star symbolizes the West Entrance.
When will the doors open?
Doors will open one hour before the first game of each day.
Will there be a Field Trip Game for Local Schools?
Yes, the Women’s Game on Friday at 10AM is the designated Field Trip Game. If your school is interested, please fill out the Field Trip Day form.
Can I bring a bag into the State Farm Center?
Yes, but it must be a clear bag that adheres to the State Farm Center’s policy. Please see the Arena Policies page for more information
Will there be concessions?
Yes, and State Farm Center is credit card only.
