Mental Health trainees are an integral part of DRES. Trainees provide individual and group therapy to registered students. In addition, psychologist trainees can gain experience conducting psychological assessment for University of Illinois degree-seeking students who have had no prior diagnosis/testing and are experiencing significant academic distress. All trainees receive individual and group supervision from a licensed mental health professional.
